  When I ride "Scarlet Witch, CoCo", I call this card to rear-guard circle, and activate the "When this unit is placed on rear-guard from your soul" ability, so only one card is left in the soul. Can I draw 2 cards with CoCo's ability?
  Yes, you can. When the cards of the same fighter haas abilities which activate at the same time, that fighter may choose the order of abilities to resolve. As such, the resolution can be done in this order. < br/>Step 1: Call this card to a rear-gurad circle from the soul. < br/>Step 2: Resolve and pay the cost of the ability "When this unit is placed on (RC) from your soul" to draw a card. < br/>Step 3: Resolve the ability of "Scarlet Witch, CoCo", and if the number of cards in your soul at this point is 1 or less, you can pay the cost to draw 2 cards.

  For units with 『When this unit is placed on』, can I pay the cost twice to activate it twice when I place them on the field?
  No, you cannot. [AUTO] abilities can only be activated once when the conditions are met(e.g. 『When this unit～』). Cost can only be paid once as well.
