1. The giveaway is not applicable to the following territories: Japan. Employees of Bushiroad, their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected to the company are also excluded from this giveaway.
2. No purchase is required to enter or win the giveaway. A purchase does not increase the chances of winning.
3. Entry in the giveaway will be deemed as an acceptance of its terms and conditions.
4. Entry must meet all requirements as specified, to be eligible for winning. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified.
5. Only one (1) entry will be accepted per person within the same social media platform. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
6. Entries will be accepted starting from December 1 and ending on December 14 2025, 08:59 PST.
7. Closing date for entry will be December 14 2025, 08:59 PT, after which no further entries will be accepted.
8. Bushiroad International Pte. Ltd. will not be responsible for entries that are not received for whatever reason.
9. Bushiroad International Pte. Ltd. reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, amend, suspend or modify the giveaway and its terms and conditions without prior notice.
10. The giveaway item shall be at the sole discretion of Bushiroad International Pte. Ltd. They are non-transferable. No cash or other substitution shall be permitted, except at the discretion of Bushiroad International Pte. Ltd.
11. Bushiroad International Pte. Ltd. reserves the right to substitute the giveaway item with another of equivalent value without prior notice.
12. Winners will be picked at random from all complete entries via Instagram, Facebook and X by Bushiroad International Pte. Ltd. and its employees.
13. Winners will be notified via a direct message (DM) on X, Facebook or Instagram within 7 days from the closing date. If a winner cannot be contacted or fails to claim the giveaway item within 7 days of notification, the giveaway item may be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected.
14. Winners will be notified when the items are delivered.
15. Bushiroad International Pte. Ltd.’s decision in all matters related to the giveaway will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
16. Winners agree to the use of their names, images, as well as their entries in any publicity material, without any further compensation, notice, review, or consent.
