Regarding the November 2025 Deck Construction Rules Update
This update to the Cardfight!! Vanguard Fighter’s Rules mainly makes use of the results of various Bushiroad Summer Fest (BSF 25) Regional tournaments.
Standard Format
One rideline stood out from the others in its usage rate throughout the BSF 25 regional tournaments.

With that in mind, we will be implementing the following restriction:
Dragon Empire
・Restricted to 1: Trickmoon (D-BT04/003EN, D-BT04/SP03EN, D-BT09/Re06EN, D-SS12/010EN, BRO2022/VGS01EN)
We will also be implementing the following unrestrictions:
Dragon Empire
・Unrestricted: Scarlet Flame Bow General, Stirgna (D-BT10/059EN)
Stoicheia
・Unrestricted: Knight of Formosity, Charmnet (DZ-BT05/037EN, DZ-BT05/FR34EN, DZ-BT05/SR34EN)
V Premium Format
As there have been no major tournaments for V Premium format since the last update, there are no updates this time.
Premium Format
While we did not observe any decks with usage rates that stood out from the rest in BSF 25, we have noted a rise in the usage of certain decks in Bushiroad Champion Series 25/26 Regional tournaments, and will be observing how the tournament environment develops in preparation of an update in December 2025.
