New Features!
Cardfight!! Vanguard is entering the next stage of the Standard format: the Divinez series! With this transition, you can expect new ride lines and mechanics that will continue to make Standard an exciting format for all to enjoy! That said, there are key changes to some gameplay systems that we want to reiterate.
- Main Deck size has been increased to 50
This change allows players to feel less restricted by deck-building, giving room for more tech options/support cards that would not have been given consideration previously due to a lack of space. On the other hand, deck expansion also helps to reduce the odds of offensive/defensive trigger checks that tended to be game determinants previously, allowing players to rely more on skill expression of their deck to win games. - Going first/second rule changes
In the process of deciding which player goes first or second, the winner of the random method can choose to either go first or second. Players can now decide on play patterns favoring their deck of choice, or select play patterns reducing the efficacy of their opponent’s deck. - New Mechanics (Energy and Divine Skill)
With the inception of Divinez, comes the mysterious Energy mechanic! It’s a type of resource similar to Soul and face up damage that your cards can utilize for their abilities!
To gain energy, players must include the “Energy Generator” Crest in their ride deck. Upon riding, this Crest is put into the crest zone, allowing you to access and generate more Energy. If you went second, the Crest Energy-Charges 3 instantly! The Crest Energy-Charges 3 passively at the start of your ride phase as well.
You can only hold up to 10 Energy, so if you’re almost bursting with Energy, you can also use the Crest’s ACT ability to Energy-Blast 7 for a card draw!

We’re also introducing a new ability type known as “Divine Skill”! Such abilities can only be used once per fight among all your cards; in exchange, these units are granted a powerful ability that can turn the tide of the game in their favor!

In DZ-Booster Pack 01, there will be a new set of generic cycle cards for players to enjoy! By discarding these cards when riding from the ride deck or putting them on the guardian circle, you can pay either Counter-Blast 1 or Energy-Blast 3 to draw a card! They also have a secondary ability that has the same cost requirements as the former, and can be used if you persona rode that turn! Like the cyclers introduced in D-Booster Pack 10, their effectiveness in maintaining card advantage is much needed for many decks!

Heated Blade, Ardart, Blazembar Dragon, Boulder Axe Dragon and Fated One of Unparalleled, Varga Dragres
Break the limits with the “Fated One of Unparalleled, Varga Dragres”! This card’s tenacity is like that of its owner, the popular Nao Inabe! Upon attacking a vanguard, Varga retires all players’ front row rear-guards and gains immense Power! At the end of that battle, it Stands again and loses 2 drives! Let’s not forget about Varga’s game-changing Divine Skill: after attacking a grade 3 or greater unit, if your opponent’s damage zone has four or more cards and this vanguard has attacked two or more times that turn, Varga Stands again and gains 2 drives! For a game-ending turn, you can essentially achieve THREE vanguard attacks! If a timely Dragveda is revealed during your drive checks of this kill turn, you could have FOUR attacks! To achieve results with this deck, you’ll need to reliably get your opponent to four damage as soon as possible to keep Varga’s Divine Skill in range!
For Varga’s ride line, you have cards like “Boulder Axe Dragon” and “Blazember Dragon”! When rode upon by their respective ride target, they call themselves out to the field! (Blazember also Soul-Charges 1!) By having Varga as your vanguard, Blazember becomes a useful booster, while Boulder Axe gains Power on attack and retires itself at the end of the battle for a card draw!

Dragritter, Shuura, Impale Horn Dragon, Obduracy Glaive Dragon and Dragritter, Midhat
Varga’s supporting cast is not one to be underestimated either. When “Dragritter, Shuura” attacks, it Energy-Blasts 2 to gain Power and gives a different-named rear-guard the ability to return back to hand after being retired! (This ability can be paired with Varga’s on attack retire!) On top of this, Shuura calls itself back to the field when retired by Varga’s ability and becomes enhanced, all for Counter-Blast 1! Combined with Varga’s restanding vanguard swings, it becomes even easier to overwhelm your opponent with a relentless assault of attacks!
There are also cards like “Impale Horn Dragon” and “Obduracy Glaive Dragon”! The former is a powerful booster that can retire itself at the end of the battle to draw a card, while the latter is a versatile unit that either performs as a strong attacker that is immune to Varga’s retire, or as an impactful booster like Impale Horn! Last but not least, “Dragritter, Midhat” (introduced in Booster Pack 07: Raging Flames Against Emerald Storm) has great synergy with Varga! When another unit is Stand by a card’s ability, it retires itself to draw a card! This card, alongside other grade 1s like “Dragritter, Shihab” or “Crimson Scale Sword Maestro, Burnaia”, facilitates a potent grade 1 rush strategy that ensures Varga’s lethality!

Heated Blade, Ardart, Roaring Flame Beast, Karaleor, Roaring Thunder Beast, Kitenraiz and Roaring Thunder Dragon, Triumph Dragon
Let’s take a look at the boss unit introduced in the new Dragon Empire Trial Deck: “Roaring Thunder Dragon, Triumph Dragon”! Triumph Dragon’s first ability is identical to that of the other Trial Deck vanguards, in which you can add a copy of itself from your deck to your hand and enhance its Power! In doing so, you can set up a Persona Ride for the next turn! Other than this, Triumph Dragon’s on-attack ability Energy-Blasts 4 to retire an enemy rear-guard while it gains Power and Critical! Overall, it’s a simple vanguard that has strong offensive pressure on its own, and can be built around other generic options of Dragon Empire!
Triumph Dragon’s ride line consists of “Roaring Thunder Beast, Kitenraiz” and “Roaring Flame Beast, Karaleer”. These cards share similar abilities as their counterparts in the other introduced Trial Decks: if their respective boss unit is the vanguard, the grade 2 gains massive Shield while the grade 1’s Power gets enhanced. When Kitenraiz is rode upon, it can be called to the field; if not, you Energy-Charge 3 instead. (Especially crucial since Triumph Dragon relies heavily on Energy use.) On the other hand, Karaleer Energy-Blasts 2 to draw a card when rode upon, allowing you to recoup your hand size after discarding for the ride cost.

An impactful support card for Triumph Dragon is “Strafe Command Dragon”. Not only does it draw a card when called, it can also gain Power and Critical on attack! With two copies of Strafe Command in your front row, you can potentially pressure your opponent with three double Critical columns!

Other Cards
Dragritter, Falhart, Dancing Princess of Elegant Flames, Olfa, Springing Bullet of Dust Storm, Glynis and Special Order! Mountain Roast ~Breath of the Flame Dragon~
Dragon Empire is receiving a couple of game-changing generic options! “Dragritter, Falhart” is the RRR cycler for the set, with its impactful ability to maintain card advantage when discarded for riding or put on the guardian circle. When called during a turn when Persona Ride is active, Falhart’s ability pays either Counter-Blast 1 or Energy-Blast 3 to call a grade 1 card from drop to a back row rear-guard circle! You can use this to target impactful boosters like “Stealth Fiend, Shenryi”, Burnaia or Midhat! There’s also “Dancing Princess of Elegant Flames, Olfa”, which essentially changes the Critical of one of your units to 2 when boosting a rear-guard to create more pressure!
For Eugene players, you gain access to “Springing Bullet of Dust Storm, Glynis”! When your opponent’s rear-guard is retired during the main phase while you have a Eugene vanguard, Glynis Stands itself and gains Power! (Glynis is meant to be targeted by Eugene’s Rest ability which retires an opponent’s rear-guard.) It’s also a sturdy guardian for the deck! Finally, there is the normal order “Special Order! Mountain Feast ~Breath of the Flame Dragon~”: by paying Energy-Blast 2, you can look at the same number of cards from your deck as your opponent’s open rear-guard circles and call one card from among them to the field! That unit also gains Power if an opponent’s rear-guard was retired that turn! Combined with “Dragritter, Lateefa”, you can easily build up a board without committing cards from hand to the field!

Put on a show with the new Direful Dolls! “Direful Doll, Griselda” and “Direful Doll, Serenella” fill up the spots for Androld’s ride line. When rode upon, Griselda calls itself to the field. This in turn triggers the card’s second ability: when called, you can put a Direful Doll card from hand to soul to draw a card and enhance both Griselda and your vanguard! Griselda’s cycle to dig through your deck for other pieces and improve soul quality is much needed for the deck. In the case of Serenella, it puts two Direful Doll cards from the top seven cards of your deck into soul when rode upon, and gains Power when attacking or boosting before binding itself!

Direful Doll, Provvidenza, Direful Doll, Liberata, Direful Doll, Pelagia and Almajestar, Schwart=Sparda
The supporting cast of the Direful Dolls are not to be trifled with! “Direful Doll, Provvidenza” is a strong attacker that also generates more attacks for the deck: after attacking, you can Energy-Blast 3 and bind this unit to call a different Direful Doll from soul to the field! There’s also “Direful Doll, Liberata”, which recycles a Direful Doll from drop to soul when called as a rear-guard or used as a guardian. Like Provvidenza, Liberata too is a hard hitter that binds itself after attacking, only that it draws a card instead of creating more attacks. Lastly, “Direful Doll, Pelagia” binds itself after boosting to recycle two Direful Dolls in your drop to soul. It also is a tanky guardian – combined with Androld’s superior guarding, Pelagia’s Shield value is comparable to that of regular triggers!
A card that has proven its worth in many Direful Doll decklists is “Almajestar, Schwart=Sparda”. The main focus of this card is its second ability: it binds a trigger unit from soul to gain additional Power. With Sparda, you should utilize “Direful Doll, Alexandra” or “Direful Doll, Charmaine” as your Heal triggers of choice, as they can be bound by Sparda to be used by Androld for beefy Shield value!

Desire Devil, Araakre, Desire Devil, Goujou and Desire Devil, Dokusen
Greedon players, rejoice and be glad, for your dragon mafia boss continues to gather power with new Desire Devils! When “Desire Devil, Araakre” is placed, you can Energy-Blast 3 to call a different Desire Devil from your soul to the field! This acts as a reliable way to call out important pieces from soul and set up your offense! (For example, “Desire Devil, Gouman” for the guard restrict or “Desire Devil, Saasyou” as a versatile attacker/defender.) Araakre also enhances Greedon and itself for no cost, enabling Greedon to strike with more aggression!
Should “Desire Devil, Goujou” be moved to soul from the field, it can be returned to hand for Energy-Blast 3, recouping card advantage. Goujou’s second ability to gain Shield also comes in handy with this, giving you more breathing room to survive after committing cards during your turn! Lastly, there’s “Desire Devil, Dokusen” which recycles a Greedon or Desire Devil card from drop to soul, before gaining Power! This card is useful in setting up Greedon Masques’ restanding requirement, but it also synergizes with Araakre to reuse Desire Devils from drop!

Upon attacking, Tilligan gains massive Power, especially if Oselargest was Soul-Blast for this ability cost. It also Soul-Blasts 2 cards other than itself to draw a card when put to soul from the the field! This works together with Full-pigment, which Counter-Blasts 1 and moves another ally to soul to draw a card when attacking! Build up your hand size before recalling Tilligan from soul through Oselargest!

Other Cards
Steam Gunner, Tizkar and Rainbow Blower
For generic options, “Steam Gunner, Tizkar” is a powerful card for Dark States! Aside from its essential cycling ability, Tizkar can be called during a Persona Ride turn to Soul-Charge 1, before gaining Boost and additional Power! There’s also “Rainbow Blower”, which Soul-Charges 1, calls a card from soul and gains Power on a Persona Ride turn! Both of these cards help to build up your attacking columns, and are ideal cards for any Dark States decks that aren’t limited by archetypes/the inability to Persona Ride.

Blitz Chief Mechanic, Warton, Blitz Best Programmer, Strazer, Blitz Head Researcher, Uber and Fated One of Guiding Star, Welstra “Blitz Arms”
The Blitz Industries CEO returns to the fray, packing a greater punch! “Fated One of Guiding Star, Welstra “Blitz Arms”” is the new vanguard at the helm of the deck. Like its previous iteration, it operates a Product when attacking, only this time it gains immediate Power as well! Now, Welstra also features a Divine Skill: during your main phase, you can put two different Products into the order zone, before operating a Product! Given that Freischutz Maximum (your main offensive Product) can’t be manually put into the order zone, this ability is especially useful in setting it up and also activating one instance of its juicy Power reduction on your opponent’s vanguard!
Welstra’s ride line has also gotten similar upgrades! Both “Blitz Head Researcher, Uber” and “Blitz Best Programmer, Strazer” add valuable consistency to the deck, adding two Products and one Product respectively from deck to hand when rode upon! Uber also operates a Product when attacking, utilizing the Product that Strazer searched for!

Blitz Operator, Trolle, Blitz Customer Support, Kurde, Blitz Head Researcher, Uber and Extreme Satellite Weaponry, Euryanthe
“Blitz Operator, Trolle” and “Blitz Customer Support, Kurde” are the new support staff for the deck! Trelle is a strong attacker that operates a Product when attacking, while Kurde is a reliable booster for Welstra that Energy-Charges 1! Lastly, there is the new, cutting-edge Product: “Extreme Satellite Weaponry, Euryanthe”! When put into the order zone while you have a Welstra vanguard, it draws a card and Energy Charges 3! When Euryanthe is operated during the battle phase by Welstra “Blitz Arms”, if it was not put into the order zone that turn, it retires an enemy rear-guard, massively reduces your opponent’s vanguard’s Power, and deals a damage to your opponent if they have four or less cards in their damage zone! By setting up Euryanthe a turn earlier with Welstra’s Divine Skill, you can guarantee a destructive turn 4 with all Products operating at maximum capacity!

Blitz Chief Mechanic, Warton, Blitz Kiloarm, Beistand, Blitz Megajet, Rebellio and Blitz Gigamobile, Asturm
The colossal “Blitz Gigamobile, Asturm” is the Trial Deck boss for Brandt Gate! When attacking, Asturm Stands another rear-guard and empowers both itself and that ally! This style of multi-attack is reminiscent of Nova Grappler decks – unashamed restanding of allies to achieve victory!
Of course, there is also the touch of Brandt Gate in this deck, as seen through Asturm’s ride line “Blitz Megajet, Rebellie” and “Blitz Kiloarm, Belstand”! When rode upon, these cards add the set order “Armor Supply Vehicle, Preciosa” from deck to hand!

Armor Supply Vehicle, Preciosa and Swingby Dragon
Preciosa is a crucial set order for the deck, empowering both Asturm and the rear-guard Stand by Asturm’s ability! By setting more copies of Preciosa into the order zone, Asturm and your allies will strike even harder!
The Booster Set also introduces “Swingby Dragon”, a powerful support card for Asturm. Not only does it draw a card when called, it gains Power when another unit is Stand by a card ability, and can Stand itself if Asturm was Soul-Blast for this ability cost! With Asturm reliably achieving five attacks, this deck is certainly worth trying out if you’re a beginner!

Other Cards
Bullet of Creation, Pansmermia, Bearer of Interstellar Extinction, Gravidia Madler and Gravidia Scheiner
“Bullet of Creation, Pansmermia” is known for its impactful cycling ability, but it can also be used to add a grade 3 or greater card different from your vanguard or a set order from your deck to hand on a Persona Ride turn! Aside from decks like Prison or Messiah that employ grade 4s (since they don’t have access to Persona Ride), Pansmermia’s ability allows every Brandt Gate deck to set up their order zone or board without fail!
There’s also “Bearer of Interstellar Extinction”: when boosting a rear-guard during a Persona Ride turn, it prevents your opponent from using blitz orders and forces them to guard with two or more cards from hand! Combine this with strong attackers like grade 3 Obscudeid or Freischutz Maximum to make that attack especially challenging!
For Gravidia players, there’s “Gravidia Madler” and “Gravidia Scheiner” to consider! Madler gains additional Power and Shield if your order zone and drop has three or more Meteorites, proving to be a useful booster and guardian! It also puts up to three Meteorites from hand into the order zone, before drawing a card! When your Meteorite is put into drop from the order zone, Scheiner divines the top card of your deck before rearranging its position and gaining Power – this allows you to determine whether a trigger will be revealed and have its effects doubled for Gravidia’s drive checks!

Wings of Aspiration, Soel, Patrol of Gusts, Ventesta, Knight of Great Advance, Ascensior and Fated One of Miracles, Rezael
The wings of fate descend upon this world to perform great miracles and bestow power! Wielded by our protagonist Akina Myodo, “Fated One of Miracles, Rezael” is Keter Sanctuary’s representative in the Fated Clash. When attacking, it calls two cards from drop with different grades and with a total grade equal to or less than the number of cards in your damage zone! With a higher damage count, Rezael’s resurrection targets higher grade units! Rezael also possesses the Divine Skill ability: upon activation, it returns all Critical triggers in drop to the deck, and gains a drive for that turn. Furthermore, Rezael allows one of your revealed triggers during a damage check to function like a Heal trigger should you be at five or more damage! This ability only triggers once per game, but a miraculous play like this can be the stall that Rezael needs to finish the game the next turn!
Rezael’s ride line consists of “Knight of Great Advance, Ascensior” and “Patrol of Gusts, Ventesta”. When rode upon, Ascension calls a grade 2 or less card from drop to the field, while Ventesta calls itself out to the field and Soul-Charges 1. Ventesta also gains +2000 Power if Rezael is your vanguard, serving as a useful attacker/booster depending on whether you went first or second.

Knight of Gentle Beauty, Nobia, Aerial Sage and Gigantic Masher
Rezael’s comrades are not to be underestimated! “Knight of Gentle Beauty, Nobia” calls a card from the top three cards of your deck to the field when placed during the main phase; it adds that card to hand if called during the battle phase instead! This card’s usefulness in setting up the board during the main phase and digging through your deck for pieces during the battle phase is very valuable for Rezael! Not to mention, Nobia also serves as a strong attacker for the deck!
There’s also “Aerial Sage” and “Gigantic Masher”! Aerial Sage is a potent booster that also provides Counter-Charge for the deck, while Gigantic Masher serves as an offensive beatstick that Rezael can call from its resurrection ability!

Wings of Aspiration, Soel, Caring Sage, Knight of Calming Silence, Swithelm and Salvation Wing Angel, Sarevsael
Serene yet poised, “Salvation Wing Angel, Sarevsael” is the Keter Sanctuary boss unit introduced in the Trial Deck! Upon attacking, it calls a card from drop and empowers it! Like Rezael, this angel seems to be drawing inspiration from the resurrection of past allies to continue fighting against evil!
For Sarevsael, “Knight of Calming Silence, Swithelm” and “Caring Sage” round out its ride line. Swithelm calls a card from hand to the field when rode upon, before drawing a card! On the other hand, Caring Sage reveals the top card of the deck when rode upon, calling it if it is a grade 2 or less normal unit, and adding it to hand if it could not be called! These cards emphasize on building up a board early for aggression; if you need them back in the later stages of the game, Sarevsael can easily revive them!

Other Cards
Divine Sister, Biscotti, Forceps Angel, A Warrior’s Rest and Knight of Heavenly Pitch, Percel
Let’s take a look at Keter Sanctuary’s generic options! With its phenomenal cycling ability, “Divine Sister, Biscotti” has already proven to be a popular card in many decks in the Japanese scene for Standard. On top of this, Biscotti divines the top three cards of your deck on a Persona Ride turn, before putting one of them on the top of your deck and the rest to the bottom of the deck. This powerful ability can be used to guarantee triggers during your drive checks, or draw into pieces that you need! If Biscotti was called other than during the battle phase, that top card can be called instead! There’s also “Forceps Angel”: on a Persona Ride turn, it calls a card from the top three cards of your deck and gains Power!
Lastly, players can consider using the normal order “A Warrior’s Rest”! This card gives two units the ability to gain even more Power if they were boosted during the battles they attacked! If you have five or more units, you also draw a card! Paired with Teithfall and Cerrgaon in the early game, you will surely turn up the heat for your opponent!
For Alden players, you can utilize the new card “Knight of Heavenly Pitch, Percel”! After boosting from the back row center rear-guard circle, Percel Counter-Blasts 1 and moves to soul to Stand your Rest rear-guards equal to the number of cards called by Alden’s battle phase ability! If two cards were Stand, you also draw a card!

With a blade as true as north, “Sword Princess of Dream Blade, Lascaria Veleno” elegantly slashes through anyone standing in her way! By having three or more Veleno units, Lascaria Veleno buffs all Veleno allies; if you have five or more and your opponent’s vanguard is grade 3 or greater, it gains a Critical as well! Lascaria Veleno’s second ability also highlights the deck’s playstyle: after your unit was attacked and it was not hit, if a blitz order was played that battle, you draw a card and Counter-Charge 1! With the deck’s signature blitz order, it’s possible to maximize the usage of this ability!
Lascaria’s ride line helps to filter out all your key pieces for the deck to function: when rode upon, the grade 2 cardadds a Veleno card or a blitz order from the top five cards of your deck to hand, while the grade 1 card immediately adds a blitz order from deck to hand!

Effervescent Shadow Dream Blade, Veleno Caporegime, Erafus, Veleno Famiglia, Fiore and Veleno Famiglia, Melial
The cornerstone of the deck is the blitz order “Effervescence Shadow Dream Blade”. When played, it gives an attacked unit additional 20 000 Power for the battle. Then, it allows you to play another blitz order for the turn! Not only does this provide beefy defense to completely stop an attack, it also enables more blitz order uses, which in turn activates Lascaria Veleno’s ability even more times for card draw and Counter-Charge!
“Veleno Caporegime, Erafus” is the main offensive unit of the deck! After your grade 3 or greater Lascaria attacks, if your opponent’s vanguard is grade 3 or greater, Erafus Stands itself and gains additional Power if you have three or more Veleno units! With two copies of Erafus on the board, Lascaria can easily achieve five attacks! There’s also “Veleno Famiglia, Flore”, which adds a Veleno card or a blitz order from the top five cards of your deck to hand when placed, while being a useful booster! Lastly, when “Veleno Famiglia, Melial” is called, it discards a card from hand to call a unique card from drop to the board or add a blitz order from drop to hand! With the amount of consistency in retrieving blitz orders from deck or drop, you can be sure that Lascaria is an extremely tanky deck that can prolong the game in its favor!

Mercy Sylvan Horned Beast, Lattice, Blossoming Flowers Sylvan Horned Beast, Charis, Sylvan Horned Beast, Banaspati and Sylvan Horned Beast, Ilkenwin
Magnolia players, fret not! This booster set introduces a new ride line and supporting units to empower your deck! “Mercy Sylvan Horned Beast, Lattice” and “Blossoming Flowers Sylvan Horned Beast, Charis” are the upgraded versions of the original ride line, tailored to better suit the current Standard format! When rode upon, Lattice returns a grade 3 or greater card or a normal order in your drop to hand, whereas Charis calls a grade 2 or less card from the top three cards of your deck and discards the rest! Additionally, Lattice gains Power if you have Magnolia as your vanguard, allowing it to be a great attacker!
For Magnolia’s support, there’s “Sylvan Horned Beast, Banaspati” and “Sylvan Horned Beast, Ilkenwin”! When called other than during the battle phase, Banaspati calls a card from drop for every two grades of your vanguard! It also gains Power based on that same criterion when attacking! Maximize this card’s value with “Sylvan Horned Beast Emperor, Magnolia Elder” to call more units and increase Banaspati’s ferocity! In the case of Ilkenwin, it searches your deck or drop for a Magnolia card different from your vanguard or a grade 0 order – use this in either a Magnolia Masque or Magnolia Elder deck to set up your ideal ride, or search out “Wild Intelligence” to better set up your board!

Times of Happiness, Lascaria, Knowledge-seeking Fairy, Strawbera, Variety Feast Dragon and Marine General of the Great Sea, Cristianos
At the helm of the Stoicheia Trial Deck is the stoic “Marine General of the Great Sea, Cristianos”! This card’s ACT ability allows you to discard the top two cards of your deck, before calling two cards from drop to the field. With such easy setup (alongside Stoicheia’s wide variety of powerful generics and revival tools), you won’t have to commit as many cards from hand to build up a board!
“Variety Feast Dragon” and “Knowledge-seeking Fairy, Strawbera” are part of Cristanos’ ride line! When rode upon, Variety Feast calls a grade 1 or less card from drop to the field, while Strawbera draws two cards and discards two cards from hand! Set up your drop with ideal targets through Strawbera, before using Variety Feast Dragon and Cristianos to call them back!

Aiding Cristianos is the stealthy “Connecting Hunter, Severin”! When called from drop while you have Cristianos as your vanguard, Severin gains significant Power! On top of this, it strengthens your vanguard when attacking; if Cristianos was Soul-Blast for this ability cost, Severin Stands again when that battle ends! Severin’s inclusion in the deck is important, as it gives Cristianos a way to achieve an impactful multi-attack!

Other Cards
Sea Rumble Brave Shooter and Fragrant Bloom, Dionyshia
For Stoicheia’s generic options, there is “Sea Humble Brave Shooter” and “Fragrant Bloom, Dionyshia”! Sea Humble Brave Shooter shares the signature cycling ability of the other RRR nation generics, but it can also add a grade 2 or less normal unit that is not a Sentinel or an order from drop to hand when placed during a Persona Ride turn! Retrieving key pieces in drop has never been easier!
For Dionyshia, if you persona rode that turn, it calls a card from the top three cards of your deck while discarding the rest, before gaining Power! Not only do you set up your board and drop, Dionyshia also becomes a powerful attacker/booster to amplify your offense!

Wonder Lavender, Ursule, Lively Navy, Tiphaine, Confident Aqua, Musette and Fated One of Ever-changing, Krysrain
With a glamorous figure, “Fated One of Ever-changing, Krysrain” represents Lyrical Monasterio in the Fated Clash! Krysrain’s ACT ability allows it to perform one of the following effects: it can either draw a card and Energy-Charge 3, give a unit +15 000 Power, or give itself an additional Critical! By having more unique units on the board, you can perform more of these effects! As a Fated One, Krysrain also possesses a potent Divine Skill: after attacking, it returns all rear-guards to hand, calls a card from hand to the field, and sets that unit’s Power and Critical to match itself! With proper setup and game conditions, this Divine Skill has the potential to become the finishing touch to a high-octane offense!
“Confident Aqua, Musette” and “Lively Navy, Tiphaine” are the lovely supporting idols of Krysrain’s ride line. When rode upon, they reveal the top card of the deck, calling that card if it is a grade 3/grade 2 or less normal unit respectively, or adding that card to hand if otherwise! Their abilities essentially guarantee advantage no matter what, be it in board setup or accumulating cards in hand!

Innocent Orange, Annes, Cynical Composer, Raum and Vivid Flash, Weasmay
Krysrain’s supporting cast also includes cards like “Innocent Orange, Annes”, “Cynical Composer, Raum” and “Vivid Flash, Weasmay”! By calling Annes while Krysrain is your vanguard, it calls a unique card from the top five cards of your deck to the field! Do take note that Annes’ ability is not limited to the main phase – this means that it can combo with Krysrain’s Divine Skill to generate five attacks! With four or more unique units, it also serves as a strong attacker when attacking!
Raum’s a game-changing grade 1 for the deck: it’s a strong booster on its own, but its potency lies in its second ability. When boosting Krysrain while you have four or more unique units, if your opponent is not calling a unit with Sentinel to guard, it prevents your opponent from guarding unless they called three or more guardians with different grades! This can easily force out cards from your opponent’s hand, especially at high damage. At worst, it necessitates an early Perfect Guard response from them to mitigate losing cards in hand! Lastly, Weasmay gains massive Power when attacking, working alongside Annes to wear down your opponent’s defenses!

Wonder Lavender, Ursule, Heartwarming, Lorica, Resolve to Sing Until the End, Louise and Love Call, Marlean
Rounding out the Trial Deck bosses is the energetic “Love Call, Marlean” for Lyrical Monasterio! Upon attacking, it bounces an ally to hand before calling a card from hand to the field and giving it additional Power! Marlean embodies the playstyle of past Bermuda Triangle decks, with consistent bouncing of rear-guards to reliably achieve multi-attack and reuse impactful on-place abilities!
Marlean’s ride line is considered to be one of the best amongst the Trial Decks: when rode upon, “Resolve to Sing Until the End, Louise” bounces an ally to hand before calling itself to the field, whereas “Heartwarming, Lorica” calls a grade 2 or less normal unit from hand to the field and adds a copy of that card from deck to hand! “Beloved Response Girl, Respino” is Marlean’s support card in the booster set! When returned to hand from the field while Marlean is your vanguard, it draws a card! As the main attacker and target of bounce abilities for card draw, Respino is a crucial part of the deck’s staying power in the long game!

Other Cards
Dazzle Bubble Paradise, Precia, Sharing “Happiness”, Felilina and Carefree After Class, Huolette
Lyrical Monasterio’s generic options are more ubiquitous than ever! “Dazzle Bubble Paradise, Precia” is valued for its cycling ability, but its ability during a Persona Ride turn to strengthen an ally and bounce it to hand at the end of the turn proves to be important in retaining card advantage and playing around decks like Shiranui! There’s also “Sharing “Happiness”, Felilina”, which confers +5000 Power to all rear-guards during a Persona Ride turn when boosting a rear-guard! Combine this with multi-attack tools and further buffs from cards like Valsheblan and “Super Aesthetic Shot!” to decimate your opponents with overpowered columns!
Last but not least, Kairi receives a new support in “Carefree After Class, Huolette”! When called while you have a Kairi vanguard, it gains Boost! Furthermore, it moves to soul at the end of your turn to draw a card and bounce a rear-guard to hand for every two grades of your Kairi vanguard! With a full field mirage, you’ll have enough Shield value to tide through your opponent’s offense and play around their disruption!
