With "School Dominator, Apt" second ability, by retiring "Stamp Sea Otter", can I call a rear-guard from my hand? Also, do I really retire "Stamp Sea Otter" at that time?
"Stamp Sea Otter" can be retired as a cost. The text within the [ ] brackets denote the cost, and not an effect. (Cost is the action required in order to activate the abiility) As such, you are able to retire "Stamp Sea Otter" as a cost. If you do pay the cost, call for one "Great Nature" to rear-guard from your hand.
  • Q253 (08-10-2012)

During the same turn, I have used this unit's activated ability twice. When this unit's attack hits the opponent's vanguard, can I stand 4 of my own rear-guards?
Yes, you can. If you have paid the cost twice, this unit gets 2 instances of the "[AUTO](VC): When this unit's attack hits a vanguard, if it is the third battle of that turn or more, choose up to two of your <> rear-guards, and Stand them" ability.
  • Q257 (08-10-2012)

No, you cannot pay the cost. If you resolve the ability of "Spring Breeze Messenger" first, and attempt to reolve the ability of "Player of the Holy Bow, Viviane" after sending "Spring Breeze Messenger" to the soul, you will discover that the condition of "if this unit is boosted by a <>" is no longer fulfilled. Therefore, you will not be able to pay the cost and call for a unit from the deck to rear-guard.

With +3000 power, the "Arboros Dragon, Sephirot" in both the vanguard and rear-guard circles will be 13000 power, and the "Corolla Dragon" in the rear-guard circles will be 11000 power. Since there is only one "Iris Knight" in either the vanguard or rear-guard circles, it will remain as 10000 power.

When my opponent has "Citadel Dragon, Brachiocastle" in a rear-guard circle, I use this card's limit break twice, and this card's attack hits my opponent's vanguard in the 4th battle. This card's ability, "[AUTO](VC):When this unit's attack hits a vanguard, if it is the fourth battle of that turn or more, retire all of your opponent's rear-guards." activates twice, so will my opponent's "Transport Dragon, Brachioporter" which is placed on the field in a rear-guard circle due to the ability of "Citadel Dragon, Brachiocastle" be retired?
No, it will not be retired. If there are multiple abilities awaiting resolution, the turn fighter will resolve all his or her abilities before non-turn fighter can proceed to resolve his or her abilities. As such, (1) Resolve the first instance of this card's ability, (2) Resolve the second instance of this card's ability, (3) The opponent resolves the ability of "Citadel Dragon, Brachiocastle", and "Transport Dragon, Brachioporter" is called to a rear-guard circle during this timing.
